As soon as we receive your order, we’ll confirm it by email.
All items on the site are held as stock by us and will be sent as soon as we receive payment.

Payment

We accept all credit and debit cards through Paypal which ensures your cards are processed in a secure environment.
You may also pay by cheque. Please make cheques payable to Jenny Waller and send to 80, Pattison Lane, Woolstone, Milton Keynes MK15 0AY. We will send your order as soon as your cheque has cleared.

Delivery

In the UK we use the Royal Mail’s standard parcel delivery. Costs are shown below.

Returns

If you want to return your purchase, you must do so within 14 days. The item must be in perfect condition and in the original packaging.

We are not responsible for return postage. Please keep proof of posting from your post office in case an item does not reach us.
